Party Poker
Party Poker despite being one of the first poker rooms online remains by far the most popular online poker room around and with good reason. Party Poker (through a shared network with Empire Poker) has tens of thousands of active, real money players playing at hundreds of tables at any given time, runs massive tournaments, and offers quick payouts for its customers.
Party Poker has one very nice thing going for it; no matter what game or limits you're looking for you don't have to wait for players as someone else is always there ready to play. Despite the lack of a good looking presentation the Party Poker software is more than adequate for its job, and offers good table details and sorting features. With the exception of 5 card stud Party Poker offers a full suite of poker games in a variety of ranges and limits.
Party Poker has very generous bonus offerings and sponsors massive poker tournaments such as the Party Poker Millions. These tournaments aren't available to Empire Poker players for although they share tables with Party Poker the tournaments are kept separate. Party Poker offers a large variety of deposit options, so if a player has credit card deposit issues it's a great place for people to play. Overall Party Poker is worthy of its popularity, but the graphics could be improved to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
